    The many years of experience gained in the design and management of systems in close contact with different kinds of insurance companies have enabled SistemaSinistri to understand the needs and points of view of the various stakeholders concerned, including management teams, with whom we liaise to support strategic choices, the network of adjusters, experts, sales channels and all those engaged in operational activities.

Since the beginning of 2007, SistemaSinistri has expanded its structure and capabilities to offer claims management on an outsourcing basis by consolidating its partnership with companies and playing an active role in the sharing of management choices and risks. This experience has enabled it to create a team with expertise in the technical management of claims and to develop a methodology and procedures to monitor and oversee the service.
